CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer service team (info@auricportraits.com ) within 48 hours of purchasing. We cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however we will do our best to support you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.
The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on auricportraits.com. The images and the products offered for sale on auricportraits.com may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer. From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.
If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of the 48 hour window will not be accepted and the deposit payment will be kept by HARDT ART LLC.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors.
Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).
Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication by HARDT ART of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, HARDT ART will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price. The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You’re also not permitted to use the HARDT ART LLC logo or any HARDT ART LLC brand or trademark without our express permission.

When you complete a purchase on auricportraits.com, you enter a contract with HARDT ART LLC which supplies the product. We provide a platform which we trade our products to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to HARDT ART LLC for that order.
