Light is defined as luminous radiant energy. The Science of Colour is based on the fact that matter and light are fundamentally inseparable and that when solid matter is reduced to its essence it becomes converted into a radiation identical with light.

I believe every person, soul, spirit has purpose and beauty. Each profuse their own light, their own reverberation into the ether. It's this light, I attempt to paint and capture with color.

Using intuitive processes and a felt physical experience, I create compositions with spirographic tools and utilize free hand drawing. I predominantly use water color as the luminous effect of the medium is what I strive for in the aesthetic qualities of each piece.

Each piece like each person is imperfect. With 'missing' pencil strokes, pointed rounds, and seemingly blank areas, the imperfections you'll find in my compositions are inevitably what makes each piece exciting to discover. Each 'flaw' is a testament to our humanity and what makes my work honest and whole.
